Adult Classes

Reids Family Martial Arts welcomes students trying martial arts for the first time.  No experience is necessary.  All students will attend one Optimum Training Class and one or more Basic Development Class each week.  After training four months you will qualify to attend our Sparring Class. Sparring sharpens the mind and body, an excellent workout!

This class will enable you to apply the fundamentals you are learning through practical application. (See Self–Defense Training Class for more adult classes.)
